Manoj Agrawal - President

Manoj Agrawal is a Delhi based businessman. He is an entrepreneur by profession and social activist by passion. He has done his graduation from Banglore University, Bangluru. His core area of interest includes good governance and systemic reforms in politics especially electoral processes. Manoj Agrawal is Founding Trustee of Ram Sumarni Devi Charitable Trust which runs various projects like charitable clinic, computer centre and scholarships for poor students. The Trust also helps other social organizations involved in developmental activities.

Ajit Kumar - Director

Ajit Kumar is a graduate from Allahabad University. He has an active interest in election analysis. He has coordinated operational part of election research during various general elections and assembly elections. He has been active in social life for last 20 years and has worked with different organizations.

S. N. Pandey – Legal Consultant

S.N. Pandey is a senior practicing Lawyer in Supreme Court of India since last 24 years. He has done his LLB from Lucknow University and LLM from Delhi University. He is an expert of constitutional matters and was engaged with different cases of national importance.

Swadesh Singh - Program Director

Swadesh holds an M.Phil degree from School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi on the topic, ‘Democratisation and Civil Society: A Case Study of Nigeria’. Earlier he has done his post graduation from Centre for Political Studies, JNU. He has also done his PG Diploma in Mass Communication from IIMC, New Delhi. Before joining this organisation he had worked with BBC Hindi Service and NDTV. His areas of research and study are civil society, policy reforms and Indian politics.

Sushant - Research Coordinator

Sushant holds an M.Phil. degree from Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, JNU on the topic, ‘Political Regimes and Public Policy: A Case of Primary Education in Uttar Pradesh’. He has worked as Research Associate for IRIIS (Institute for Research on India and International Studies) project in Kashmir. Earlier he has also worked as Secretariat Associate at Social Equity Watch. He has also served as Research Assistant in a Ford Foundation funded project ‘Mapping Indicators of Governance in India’. His areas of study and research include public policy, Indian politics, governance and development, governance and the state.

Manoj Kumar - Research Associate

Manoj has done his Masters in Information Technology from Manipal University, Manipal. He also holds Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. After working with corporate sector for one year he moved on to JNU and pursuing his M.Phil. in International Politics.

Prakhar Dixit – Research Assistant on Legal Issues

Prakhar is a Third Year LLB student from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He has done his Masters in Economics from Centre for Economic and Social Planning, JNU. Earlier he has worked on ‘Government Procurement Agreement’ (GPA) project with UNCTAD and has assisted in the compilation and analysis of data on “Human Development Indicators in South–East Asia” in CSEAS, SIS, J.N.U.

Poonam is a graduate from Delhi University. She handles all the official and administrative activities.
